These Terms & Conditions govern all mill quotations, factory direct orders, dealer dispatches, physical sample box orders, and 30-year lifetime warranty claims issued by GO-WIN PLY Architectural Substrates (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
By accessing our digital platform, specifying GO-WIN grades in architectural bills of quantities (BOQ), downloading technical datasheets (TDS), or submitting factory inquiries, you agree to these operating standards.
BIS Standards & Dimensional Tolerances
All GO-WIN plywood products are engineered to meet or exceed Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) specifications:
72-Hour Boiling Water Resistance
Unextended synthetic Phenol Formaldehyde resin bond for extreme wet areas.
Class 1 Flame Penetration Safety
>50 minutes flame retardancy with low smoke toxicity and zero self-ignition.
±0.1 mm Micro-Planar Tolerance
Four-head sanding guarantees zero surface undulation under high-gloss laminates & acrylics.
< 0.10% Diagonal Deviation
Automated double-end tenoner trimming ensures 100% square 8x4 ft panel edges.
30-Year Comprehensive Replacement Guarantee
GO-WIN PLY provides up to a 30-Year 100% Replacement Guarantee on certified Marine IS:710 and Platinum Calibrated products against delamination, glue shear failure, and borer or termite attack when installed under standard architectural joinery practices:
- 100% replacement of boards if adhesive bond degradation occurs under certified lab test protocols.
- Lifelong protection against subterranean termite and powder-post beetle attack backed by our Penta-Shield autoclave infusion.
- Claims must be accompanied by the laser-etched QR serial matrix number present on every board.
* Note: Warranty excludes improper jobsite storage (e.g. prolonged outdoor waterlogging prior to fabrication) and physical structural overloading beyond engineering limits.
Factory Quotations, Orders & Freight
Direct mill quotations are valid for 15 calendar days from issuance, subject to raw material and transportation market rates.
Dispatches from our automated manufacturing plants in Gandhidham, Gujarat, or regional warehouse distribution centers are routed via verified transport carriers. Consignees are responsible for inspecting pallet packaging upon arrival.
Architectural Sample Kit Policy
Complimentary sample folders, physical timber grain swatches, and certified test reports are supplied to registered architects, interior designers, and real estate developers for library specification.
Sample blocks represent standard production quality. Minor natural color and grain variations are inherent to 100% genuine natural hardwood timber.
Intellectual Property & Certified Marks
All registered trademarks, branding logos, architectural joining details, product catalogs, and certified test reports published on this site are the exclusive property of GO-WIN PLY.
Unauthorized counterfeiting, trademark misuse, or unauthorized commercial reproduction of our IS:710 and IS:5509 marks is strictly prohibited under Indian intellectual property laws.
Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any disputes or commercial claims arising out of procurement contracts or warranty claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gandhidham / Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
